Using Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls, you’ll aim to unlock myofascial restrictions, improve body awareness and detress. The method, developed by Jill Miller, zeros in on potential catalysts for pain and injury by identifying so called “body blind spots”- parts of the body that are overused, underused or misused. Leave this empowering self-care-focused class feeling more balanced, integrated and at ease in your body.
These Yoga Tune Up classes blend Yoga Tune Up® ball rolling methods and Yoga Tune Up® poses with YogaWorks principles and just plain old anatomy to help you achieve greater results of strength and ease on the mat and off the mat.

In this Yoga Tune Up® self care class we will be exploring the landscape of your feet. This class will help you understand how to functionally improve your habits with your feet. We will use Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls to roll out your feet and learn some exercises you can to do to improve the mobility of your feet to help you stand better, walk easier and get rid of nagging foot and knee aches and pains. Improve your ability to do standing and balancing poses in yoga with ease and strength!
In this Yoga Tune Up® self care class we will be exploring the landscape of your knee. This class will help you understand how to align your body optimally and safely for your knee health. We will use the Yoga Tune Up therapy balls to roll out the muscles that neighbor your knee and affect your knee health including your feet, calves, shins and quads. Learn how to strengthen the muscles surrounding your knees and understand what variations you can take in regular yoga classes to help improve your knee health. This class will help you learn how to let go of nagging aches and pains and improve your awareness of individual variations to help you find ease and strength in your yoga practice!

In this Yoga Tune Up® self care class we will be exploring the landscape of your hips. Learn how to strengthen the muscles that surround your hip joints. We will be using Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls to roll out your glutes and psoas and you will learn some great strengthening exercises to awaken your sleeping booty. This class will help you learn how to alleviate nagging aches and pains in your hips and lower back and improve your ability to do standing postures in your yoga practice with ease and strength!
Shake It Off Your Shoulders!
In this Yoga Tune Up® self care class we will be exploring the landscape of your shoulders. Learn how to stabilize and protect your shoulder joints and strengthen the surrounding muscles while providing ample mobility necessary for everyday living. We will use Yoga Tune Up® Therapy balls to roll out any aches and pains in your shoulders and neck and learn how to strengthen those same muscles in order to do yoga’s most famous pose: Down Dog! (and many other inversions for that matter!)
