Friday Yoga 1/2 at 9am
This class combines hatha yoga poses to create strength and flexibility for a satisfying and well-rounded yoga experience. Leave feeling strong, focused and calm. Props required: yoga mat, block and a strap.
Sunday Roll & Restore at 4pm
This class combines Yoga Tune Up Therapy Ball techniques, breathwork, restorative poses and meditation for the ultimate calm. Leave feeling totally relaxed and blissed out. Props required: Yoga mat, Yoga Tune Up Therapy Balls, block and chair.

In a private session, I will work with you one-on-one virtually:
Learn proper alignment for your individual body and mind
Explore pranayama (breathwork) and meditation
Deepen your practice
Learn yoga the way it was originally taught, in one-on-one sessions, tailored to your needs, abilities and goals.
