Lavender Essential Oil

I love Lavender! Lavender is known as the “Swiss army knife” of essential oils because it helps with so many things! This multi-purpose oil can be used for relaxation, minor cuts and burns, insect bite or bee sting, sleep aid, nausea, allergies, skin conditions and much more.

My favorite use of Lavender is for relaxation. I carry Lavender around with me in my purse and I use it daily as a self-care ritual. I put a drop of Lavender in my palms and rub gently and make a cupped palm over my nose and smell its fresh fragrance. It instantly calms and soothes my mind and encourages me to breathe deeply.
