In this Yoga Tune Up® self care class we will be exploring the landscape of your shoulders. Learn how to stabilize and protect your shoulder joints and strengthen the surrounding muscles while providing ample mobility necessary for everyday living. We will use Yoga Tune Up® Therapy balls to roll out any aches and pains in your shoulders and neck and learn how to strengthen those same muscles in order to do yoga’s most famous pose: Down Dog! (that apply to many other inversions too!)
Please bring your set of Yoga Tune Up therapy balls with you! I will have some to share as well if you haven’t invested in some yet.
