Head To Toe Self Care Saturdays Pop Up Classes with Ashley Corlis 12pm-1pm (second Saturday of the month)
Ashley Corlis is an E-RYT 500 who teaches yoga in an accessible, modern and real way for real people. As a YogaWorks YogaWorks Teacher Trainer Lead Assistant and Level 1 Yoga Tune Up® Teacher Ashley loves using yoga as a way to help people learn how to function optimally and live pain free in their everyday lives. These Yoga Tune Up pop up classes blend Yoga Tune Up® ball rolling methods and Yoga Tune Up® poses with YogaWorks principles and just plain old anatomy to help you achieve greater results of strength and ease on and off your yoga mat.

FUNctional Feet!- Jan 12th
In this Yoga Tune Up® self care class we will be exploring the landscape of your feet. This class will help you understand how to functionally improve your habits with your feet! We will use Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls to roll out your feet and learn some exercises you can to do to improve the mobility of your feet to help you stand better, walk easier and get rid of nagging foot and knee aches and pains! Improve your ability to do standing and balancing poses in yoga with ease and strength!
Needy Knees NO MORE!- Feb 9th
In this Yoga Tune Up® self care class we will be exploring the landscape of your knee. This class will help you understand how to align your body optimally and safely for your knee health. We will use the Yoga Tune Up therapy balls to roll out the muscles that neighbor your knee and affect your knee health including your feet, calves, shins and quads. Learn how to strengthen the muscles surrounding your knees and understand what variations you can take in regular yoga classes to help improve your knee health. This class will help you learn how to let go of nagging aches and pains and improve your awareness of individual variations to help you find ease and strength in your yoga practice!
Happy & Healthy Hips!- March 9th
In this Yoga Tune Up® self care class we will be exploring the landscape of your hips. Learn how to strengthen the muscles that surround your hip joints. We will be using Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls to roll out your glutes and psoas and you will learn some great strengthening exercises to awaken your sleeping booty! This class will help you learn how to alleviate nagging aches and pains in your hips and lower back and improve your ability to do standing postures in your yoga practice with ease and strength!
Shake It Off Your Shoulders!- April 13th
In this Yoga Tune Up® self care class we will be exploring the landscape of your shoulders. Learn how to stabilize and protect your shoulder joints and strengthen the surrounding muscles while providing ample mobility necessary for everyday living. We will use Yoga Tune Up® Therapy balls to roll out any aches and pains in your shoulders and neck and learn how to strengthen those same muscles in order to do yoga’s most famous pose: Down Dog! (that apply to many other inversions too!)
