Got aches and pains? Take your body in for a Yoga Tune Up. These classes combine yoga poses with corrective movement and self-massage. Using Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls, you’ll aim to unlock myofascial restrictions, improve body awareness and detress. The method, developed by Jill Miller, zeros in on potential catalysts for pain and injury by identifying so called “body blind spots”- parts of the body that are overused, underused or misused. Leave this empowering self-care-focused class feeling more balanced, integrated and at ease in your body.
These Yoga Tune Up classes blend Yoga Tune Up® ball rolling methods and Yoga Tune Up® poses with YogaWorks principles and just plain old anatomy to help you achieve greater results of strength and ease on the mat and off the mat.
