What is Reiki?


Reiki is a safe and natural relaxation technique. The purpose of Reiki is to facilitate the recipient’s own natural healing process by enabling relaxation and balance. Reiki is a form of energy therapy that uses universal life force energy. Universal life force energy is a palpable and visible energy that permeates all living forms. Reiki can be used in conjunction with other therapies to relieve side affects, accelerate a treatment’s effectiveness and promote recovery.
